2-year guarantee for barefoot shoes by Senmotic

Should you notice a defect despite our exquisite materials and professional production technique, we offer you our limited Senmotic guarantee for 24 months after the purchase date.
I. Limited guarantee
Senmotic gives this guarantee to consumers purchase new Senmotic barefoot shoes. Senmotic guarantees that all new barefoot shoes shall be free from manufacturing or material defects (“defects”) for the duration of the guarantee period, as defined below. This guarantee applies only to the original purchaser of the product, for a defect found and reported properly within the guarantee period. Our shoes correspond to the descriptions and are designed for the specified application areas. This guarantee is valid and enforceable only in Germany. Your legal warranty claims are not affected by this guarantee.
II. Guarantee period
The guarantee period of 24 months begins on the date of purchase by the original purchaser (consumer). The guarantee is not extended, renewed or otherwise affected, if the product is repaired or replaced. Repaired or replaced shoes keep their remaining, original guarantee period.
III. Conditions and restrictions
The guarantee includes:
- Bonding of outsoles
- Bonding of insoles
- Strength of the seams
- Tight fit the eyelets
- Cracks and holes in the leather (provided it was cared for as specified)
This limited guarantee does not cover:
- Normal wear of the shoe
- Defects caused by the transportation or storage of the product
- Defects or damage caused by improper use or poor maintenance
- Damage due to modifications of the shoes
- The laces
- Damage caused by sharp objects as a result of torsion, compression, abnormal shock or other acts which are beyond the reasonable control of Senmotic.
The guarantee is void if: modifications or repairs are carried out by anyone other than Senmotic.
IV. Enforcement of the guarantee
In case of a guarantee claims, you must report them immediately. Senmotic shall repair the product at its workshop at its own discretion or replace it free of charge. Senmotic must be given sufficient time to diagnose and repair the product, if necessary. The guarantee may only be claimed with proof of purchase (receipt).
